Upcoming Events at Palliser Estate

We support the Toast Martinborough team in taking a pause this November, and bringing a new and improved festival back in November 2026. 

So at Palliser, we’re marking the start of summer our own way — with a Palliser Summer Asado, held all weekend Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November.

Join us for a laid-back weekend of Chef Norka's South American-inspired barbecue, street-food and raw bar (think oysters, ceviche, alongside new vintage bubbles). We’ll have live music, and all your favourite Palliser wines.

No tickets, no bookings — just turn up and chance a table or beanbag, or even BYO picnic blanket — toast to the start of summer with us.

Indulge in the finest selection of organic wines from Aotearoa NZ, including our very own Palliser BioGro certified organic wines, while connecting with the passionate producers who pour them. You'll be able to taste our not-yet-released new vintage Single Vineyard 'Hua Nui' Pinot Noir 2024, as well as our 2024 Single Vineyard 'Om Santi' Chardonnay.

When:Trade Session - From 2:30pm-4:30pm. Consumer Session - From 5:30pm-7:30pm

Down to Earth is a R18 event. No glass or bottle sales are allowed on the night, but we'll absolutely be taking orders online.
