Our WineryWe built the original winery in time for our vintage of 1991. As the company and vineyards grew it became neccessary to expand. We doubled the size of our winery in time for the vintage of 2002. We are now able to process 600 tonnes of fruit.
A new purpose built barrel hall was constructed in 1999. This is built from thermomass concrete and is temperature controlled so we are able to minimise losses due to evaporation.
Our cellar door is open seven days a week 10.30 to 4pm, and to 5.00pm on weekends during daylight saving. New releases are available for tasting from the end of September until the wines sell out.
