Bright colour, clear, straw yellow in colour
It's packed with gorgeous aromas of lime zest, passionfruit and currant.
The palate is intensely flavoured showing a juicy mouthfeel and racy acidity leading to a beautifully lingering finish. Every year this label delivers most satisfying Sauvignon.
In our Martinborough vineyards we train the vines to achieve a low canopy density and well-exposed fruit. This combined with judicious leaf plucking produces the distinctive fruit flavours in the wine. When the grapes are judged to be at their optimum maturity they are harvested and processed to retain the inherent fruitiness of this varietal
Sauvignon Blanc is best drunk young, within a year or two of bottling while its still crisp, fresh and zingy: now to 2013.
