Sauvignon Blanc is always fantastic as a young wine with intense aromatics. You will discover aromas of passionfruit and gooseberries. A block from our Clouston vineyard is selected for these wines. They will have aromas of passionfruits and gooseberries plus a hint of cut grass and similar characters on the palate.
A lovely lifted nose showing lime zest, passionfruit and a touch of musky characters.
It's ripe, juicy and full of tasty flavours on the palate with lively acidity leading to a lingering dry finish. Very appealing and easy on the palate.
The maritime climate of Martinborough coupled with thoughtful viticultural practices delivers ripe intensely-flavoured Sauvignon Blanc. Made from fruit drawn from a number of own and contracted vineyards this wine shows the flavours and intensity that can be derived from thoughtful viticultural practices in New Zealand’s maritime climate.
This delicious and succulent wine is great drinking now with fresh seafood or light dishes.
