Join us at the Palliser Kitchen this Matariki for a soulful, family-style feast celebrating connection, seasonality, and shared stories around the table.

Chef Norka Mella Munoz presents a special four-course menu inspired by the flavours of Aotearoa and Chile – a heartfelt nod to past, present, and new beginnings.

Palliser Matariki Family-Style Sharing Menu | $90pp includes:

– Amuse bouche: sopaipillas & ceviche

– Entrée: Chef Norka’s ‘Chiwi’ boil-up with kawakawa pesto

– Main: Roast lamb with horopito, served with seasonal local vegetables

– Dessert: Steamed pudding with crème anglaise

Children’s menu $35 (includes a main, dessert & apple juice)

Kaimoana Sharing Plate for Two – $85

A show-stopping celebration of local seafood from Tora Collective & Yellow Brick Road: prawns, mussels, oysters, pāua & ceviche. Designed to pair beautifully with a glass of Palliser Chardonnay or The Griffin Méthode Traditionnelle.
