Upcoming Events at Palliser Estate

The spectacular Palliser Symphonic Feast 'The Art of Evolution', was held on Saturday 10 October 2026.

The main event: an exclusive performance by a large ensemble cast of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra in our Palliser barrel hall. The supporting players: a multi-course dining experience, paired with beautifully crafted Palliser wines.

A collaboration between Morrison, the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, and Palliser, with support from Trestle & Mortar, Ora King Salmon, and Antipodes Water.

Kick-start your day with a glass of Palliser Griffin bubbles, sip on a summery Palliser Rosé, enjoy some of Chef Norka's infamous sopaipillas with a crisp Palliser Chardonnay, or enjoy a Palliser Pinot alongside some of the Wairarapa's most delicious food producers.

Once you're sufficiently fed and watered, you'll need your dancing shoes for the stellar entertainment. National treasure, Sir Dave Dobbyn, will perform his legendary singalongs and timeless Kiwi anthems. The BeatGirls kick off the day with their retro glam and feel-good dancefloor hits, while Sweet Mix Kids bring the festival to a high-energy close with their electric and euphoric set.
