Crafting our vineyards
An essential ingredient to making great wine is taking care of our vines and our vineyards. As our vines stand dormant at winter our team are busy with the crucial task of pruning. Out and about as the frost sits thick on the ground they skillfully prune the vines of their dead wood in preparation for spring growth. Nothing goes to waste, the dead wood is mulched and re-used while the living wood is left behind and trained for the season ahead, giving our vines the best chance to develop fruit in ideal conditions.
