Andrew Meehan
Andrew Meehan ONZM, is a Company Director based in Wellington. His career has been Investment Banking and Private Equity. Outside his Commercial roles, Andrew has chaired the Japan New Zealand Business Council, the interim Takeovers Panel, was Deputy Chairman of the New Zealand Tourism Board , Chair of the Duke of Edinburgh's Hillary Award in New Zealand and an International Council Member of the International Duke of Edinburgh Award.

Anthony Beech
Tony has been on board since 1997.
Tony has assisted with the company financials since 1998 when Wyatt Creech entered parliament.
Tony is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Tony is a director of Lawson Avery Limited, a Masterton based chartered accounting firm.

Simon Tyler
Simon has been on the Board of Palliser since November 2014. Simon’s professional expertise is in financial markets and funds management. In 2012 he was appointed the Chief Executive of the Government Superannuation Fund Authority and the National Provident Fund.
Prior to his present role Simon worked at the Reserve Bank of NZ for 8 years and The National Bank of NZ for 17 years and was Head of the Financial Markets at both of these institutions in charge of their foreign exchange, and capital money markets operations.

John Auld
John Auld has worked in the Australian Wine industry for all of his career,holding senior sales and marketing positions with Seagram Australia and Samuel Smith and Son.
During this time he worked in both Australia and New Zealand.
He is currently Chairman of Jim Barry Wines and Seven Under Pty Ltd. He is also a director of The Barossa Community Store.

USX
The Unlisted Securities Exchange (USX) is a cost-efficient and simple share-trading platform. All trading on USX occurs through USX-approved brokers, who are able to enter or remove bids and offers at any time.
Orders are matched in standard ‘price then time’ priority, with the exception that Brokers receive time priority for any orders that match with an existing order they have in the market. Brokers will notify investors when trades have been completed. Trading hours occur from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
