Bright, pale cerise-pink colour with slight purple hues and some depth, lighter edged.
The nose is fresh and elegantly presented with fragrant aromas of strawberries and cream, cranberries and notes of pomegranate, along with lifted florals, unfolding suggestions of confectionary. This has delicacy, finesse and subtle concentration
Serve as an aperitif, with canapes and Mediterranean fare over the next 2 years
Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has bright and vibrant aromatic flavours of strawberries and cream, cranberries, pomegranate and fragrant florals, forming an elegantly concentrated, refined core and line. The fruit sweetness is balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity and fine, thirst-quenching phenolic textures. The fruit core has excellent linearity, and carries to a long, lingering finish of florals, strawberries and confectionary nuances. This is an aromatic-fruited, refreshing, dryish rosé with very fine textures
