Held in Palliser Estate’s barrel hall, this spectacular event will bring joy to the table, with an exclusive performance by a large ensemble of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. The evening includes a beautifully crafted four course dinner prepared by chef Nick Arnold from Trestle & Mortar matched with sumptuous Palliser Estate wines. We look forward to hosting you.
