Palliser Estate is open for wine tastings and lunch, seven days a week, currently with our spring/summer hours of 11:00am to 5:00pm.

We're delighted to have Chef Norka Mella Munoz leading the Palliser Kitchen. Come say hello and try her menu, that matches beautifully with our premium, crafted Palliser wines. So for locals mid-week, or weekend visitors, we'll have your Martinborough winery lunch sorted.

We recommend booking your wine tasting or lunch, particularly during weekends when our Cellar Door & Kitchen can get busy.
