PALLISER ESTATE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To join the Palliser Estate Club, you must be 18 years of age or older.

A minimum of 12 months membership applies when you first join. We require you to give a minimum of one month’s notice if you wish to cancel your membership.

We require you to provide credit card details at time of sign up and your card will be charged each time a shipment is processed.

We require you to update your credit card details and/or delivery address in your online customer portal, or contact us to update on your behalf, whenever your details change.

A notification email will be sent one month prior to each shipment asking you to log in to your online customer portal to choose your wines if part of the 'Bespoke' shipment, or notifying you which wines you will recieve for the 'Winemaker's Selection' shipment. Also notifying you that your credit card will be charged.

Winemaker’s Selection contents cannot be altered.

The contents of the Winemaker’s Selection and Pinot Noir Selection will change each shipment.

You will have the option to change between the Winemaker Selection, Bespoke Selection, or Pinot Noir Selection.

Deliveries must be to a New Zealand address, and require a signature upon delivery, unless you specify ‘authority to leave’ in the delivery instructions when confirming your shipment.

1x 'skip' of a shipment is permitted per year.

By joining our Estate Club, you are obligated to take all scheduled shipments and if we have not processed an order for you for over 1 year, we reserve the right to cancel your membership inclusive of member benefits with prior notice in writing to you.
