2022 Symphonic Feast
The 2022 Symphonic Feast was an immersive experience, with an incredible performance by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, in a gorgeously lit Palliser barrel hall. Each of the four courses of the feast by Chef Ant North was paired with a beautiful Palliser wine.
