About Palliser Estate The Rose Méthode Traditionnelle 2021:

This elegant wine is made in the traditional method from 100% Martinborough Pinot Noir and aged on yeast lees for two years, giving it a beautiful creamy complexity.

Aromas of pomegranate, pink grapefruit, crushed raspberry and strawberry shortcake. On the palate it's crisp, dry and structured, with full body and a beautiful lengthy finish.

A very pretty, pure and delicate style of Rosé made of 100% Pinot Noir that will transport you to where it’s always summer.

With a pale Provencal appearance, it’s enticingly floral on the nose, with a bouquet of rose petals, pomegranate, raspberry liquorice, strawberry, cherry and toasted fennel.
