An elegant and rich Chardonnay, with complexity and length. 100% of the fruit is handpicked from our organic Om Santi vineyard. This Biogro Certified Organic Chardonnay is whole bunch pressed, and made with minimal intervention to ensure it is a true representation of the site, soul and season.

With an alluring aromatic profile of peach, vanilla, nougat and praline, the palate is rich and full-bodied, with intense minerality, and toasty-oak flavours.

A serious Om Santi to be savoured or cellared through 2023+, it will pair well with rich, creamy dishes.
