A savoury, structured and beautifully layered Pinot Noir, with a nose of black and red cherries, raspberry, mulberry, dusky florals, anise and freshly mown summer hay. The palate is silky and supple, full of black forest fruits with dried herb complexity.

The majority of the fruit from our organic vineyards Hua Nui, Winery and Pencarrow.

A perfect match for Peking duck, butterflied lamb or fresh venison.
