Single Vineyard 'Hua Nui' Pinot Noir 2024

A truly great New Zealand Pinot Noir, awarded a Platinum medal and 97 points at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2026. This concentrated and silky Single Vineyard 'Hua Nui' Pinot Noir is made with minimal intervention to ensure it is a true representation of site, soul and season.

Light, pretty floral aromas, pencil shavings, raspberry, black cherry and a hint of calfskin leather. The palate is succulent and supple in the mouth, the structural tannins come as a pleasant surprise after the opu-lence of the mid-palate, finishing long, savoury and dry.

Best enjoyed with with pork belly, duck or rib-eye steak with chimmichurri, or cellar for the next 10 years (if you can refrain from opening now!).

Only produced in exceptional vintages, the 2024 vintage merited Hua Nui's return (no vintage was produced in 2023, to maintain the integrity of our Single Vineyard wines). Our 2021 vintage 'Hua Nui' Pinot Noir was the only New Zealand wine to be awarded a Decanter World Wine Awards 2023 Best in Show, plus a Platinum Medal with 97 points.
