Palliser Estate Chardonnay 2025

The 2025 vintage is an elegant and complex example of Martinborough Chardonnay.

Aromas of creme brûlée, stone fruits, sea spray, floral and toasty French Oak. Rounded and creamy on the palate, this is a complex Chardonnay of wonderful weight and length. A foodie wine, it's best enjoyed with seafood and white meats. Dishes like prawn linguine or roasted chicken in a thyme butter sauce will be simply gorgeous with this Chardonnay.
