Palliser Estate Syrah 2025

Our second vintage of Palliser Estate Syrah, the 2025 vintage is medium-to-full bodied, with pretty floral notes of violets, plum, leather, boysenberry, pencil shavings and a crack of fresh black pepper. Fine, chalky tannins on the palate, finishing silky and refreshing with great acid brightness.

A beautiful foodie wine, this will pair beautifully with venison cutlets, teppanyaki wagyu or beef carpaccio as well as smoky vegetarian accompaniments, such as Baba Ghanoush, roast capsicum or olive tapenade.
