Our second vintage of Palliser Estate Syrah, the 2025 vintage is medium-to-full bodied, with pretty floral notes of violets, plum, leather, boysenberry, pencil shavings and a crack of fresh black pepper. Fine, chalky tannins on the palate, finishing silky and refreshing with great acid brightness.

A beautiful foodie wine, this will pair beautifully with venison cutlets, teppanyaki wagyu or beef carpaccio as well as smoky vegetarian accompaniments, such as Baba Ghanoush, roast capsicum or olive tapenade.

We're delighted to release this 2025 vintage in our evolved Palliser branding - a more refined and timeless expression of Palliser. A thoughtful evolution that remains grounded in our heritage while better reflecting our values and confidence for the future.
