An elegant and rich Chardonnay, with complexity and length. 100% of the fruit is handpicked from our organic Om Santi vineyard. This Biogro Certified Organic Chardonnay is whole bunch pressed, and made with minimal intervention to ensure it is a true representation of the site, soul and season.

With an alluring aromatic profile of peach, vanilla, nougat, hazelnut, cashew and praline, the palate is rich and full-bodied, with a potent blend of intense stone fruit, vineyard minerality and toasty, creamy oak-barrel flavours.

Handpicked fruit from our organic Hua Nui vineyard, this special wine features pretty floral aromas, pencil shavings, raspberry, black cherry and a hint of calfskin leather. The palate is succulent and supple in the mouth and the structural tannins come as a pleasant surprise after the opulence of the mid-palate, finishing long, savoury and dry. Cellar for up to the next 10 years (if you can refrain from opening now!)
